Abstract management

Abstracts must be submitted in English. All abstracts must be submitted via the RGD website before the deadline below. Abstracts submitted late or via email will not be accepted. Please prepare your abstract using one of the provided templates (LaTeX / Word) to create a one-page file in PDF format that can then be uploaded to the website.

When submitting your abstract, please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation. The final decision on an oral or poster presentation is subject to the decision of the local organizing committee. Please also note that depending on the total number of abstracts received, it may be necessary to limit the number of presentations by the same participant. Participants that present either a poster or orally are invited to submit a full paper after the conference for inclusion into the proceedings after peer review.
