Information for Poster presenters

The available poster display walls on site are large enough (118,5 cm x 147 cm) to accommodate posters of size ISO A0 or ANSI E, both in portrait and landscape orientation. There are no general formatting rules or templates, you can design your poster to best convey the content of your work. The ISO A0 format in portrait orientation is a popular choice. You are free to use the Symposium logo on your poster.

There is no possibility on-site to print your poster, please bring it with you to the conference.

  • Poster display walls are located at the “Alte Mensa” venue in the room "Adam von Trott Saal".
  • The posters can be put up from Monday morning, July 15, from 08 a.m.
  • Poster walls are grouped by session and have are individually labelled. Please ensure that you only
hang your poster on the wall assigned to you (a poster list in the room helps to identify which one is for you).
We provide the necessary fastening material and happily support you putting the poster in place.
  • The dedicated poster session is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, July 16, from 5 p.m.
Please make sure to be at your poster during that time.
  • Posters may remain on display until Friday, July 19, 11 a.m. Posters that have not been taken down
by midday will be removed and disposed of by conference staff.
